Skin Tag Removals

At Apollo Dermatology, we are able to remove skin tags very easily and quickly. Depending on the type of skin tag, a different removal procedure may be needed. All of our patients are incredibly satisfied with this service.

Mole Excision

At Apollo Dermatology, we routinely excise atypical or dysplastic moles as recommended by our dermatopathology colleagues. Our excisions done in a sterile fashion and the best sutures are used to provide the optimal cosmetic outcomes for our patients.

Skin Cancer Excision

At Apollo Dermatology, we routinely excise Basal Cell Skin Cancers, Squamous Cell Skin Cancers, and Melanomas as recommended by our dermatopathology colleagues and in accordance with the NCCN cancer guidelines. Our excisions are done in a sterile fashion and the best sutures are used to provide the optimal cosmetic outcomes for our patients. We coordinate care with the University of Michigan Melanoma Clinic for invasive melanomas.

Cyst Drainage and Excision

At Apollo Dermatology, we routinely drain inflamed cysts and excise them to prevent future painful episodes. Our excisions are done in a sterile fashion and the best sutures are used to provide the optimal cosmetic outcomes for our patients.
